Union members are given $250-$500 training credits a year to fund their thirst for learning! Also known as the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP), union members can enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 per year when they sign up for a course eligible under UTAP. Union members above 40 years old enjoy higher funding support of up to $500 per year.
