From 1 December 2024, the Tripartite Guidelines for Flexible Work Arrangements Requests (TG-FWAR) kicked in. This impacts both employers and employees alike. We organised a dialogue for C-suites of our unionised companies to raise questions and share feedback 🗯️ to policymakers!
